It's amazing what these searches turn up. For example: Moses Cone Purchasing Group, Llc has an Under Review LLC Notice meaning, "The entity has been sent an annual reports delinquency notice and the Secretary of State's office is reviewing the record to see if response has been submitted."
Or how about the fact that Moses Cone Community Health System gave $2,000 to Maryland Circuit Court Clerk Bob Duckworth in 2004. I wonder what that was about?
I'm not a lawyer so I can't pretend to know the legal implications of Cone's political contributions but Cone does get their money from patients in North Carolina and not Maryland. Perhaps Tim Rice or someone else on Cone's board can give us more insight.
